We added ‘Feel Good’ to Mexican Food.

We helped Zambrero end world hunger one burrito at a time by putting the ‘Feel Good’ into Mexican food. Marrying the nutritional and emotional benefits of the brand we created Mexican food that leaves you feeling good both physically and emotionally. This inspired a fresh, soulful yet playful brand story, identity and verbal language, resulting in a dynamic and playful brand that was totally scalable across both Australian and American stores.

We then translated that 'Feel Good' feeling through to the brand’s store design and experience touch-points, mapping each stage of the journey and finding ways to connect people with the Zambrero story. This took them from feeling part QSR, part Oxfam store, to feeling like a fun, modern and healthy Mexican restaurant with real heart.
