Good things start with yes

Optus serve over 6 million customers every day, employ over 9000 staff - and have one very well-known brand mark in ‘yes’.

They’ve been using ‘yes’ in Australia for almost 30 years, and it is second in recognisability only to the Qantas kangaroo.

Optus asked Special New Zealand to bring new meaning to ‘yes’ and to refresh their brand in line with their new brand strategy of ‘Optimism in action’.

This is our first piece of work together, with much more in the pipeline.
